Answers to Help You Plan Your Next Step

Find practical information about services, quotations, maintenance proposals, and how work is agreed. Contact us for an answer specific to your property.

Our service structure includes General Construction, Fire and Life Safety, Building Maintenance, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance. The scope available for your enquiry is confirmed after reviewing the property, technical requirements, and any necessary permissions.

Construction services create or change a building, space, or installation. Maintenance focuses on keeping existing elements and systems in service through inspections, servicing, fault investigation, and repairs. Some enquiries involve both, such as a renovation that also requires repairs to existing systems.

You can contact us about residential, commercial, retail, warehouse, industrial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed use properties. We review each enquiry to confirm whether the required work falls within an appropriate delivery scope.

Send the property location or emirate with your enquiry. We will confirm whether the work can be supported at that location and whether any travel or access arrangements need to be reflected in the proposal.

Use the Contact Us page or the published business contact details. Include the property type, location, description of the work, preferred timing, and any drawings or photographs you are authorised to share.

Some enquiries can be reviewed initially from documents and photographs. A site visit may be needed to verify dimensions, assess visible conditions, review existing services, or clarify access. The next step and any survey charges are confirmed before an appointment is arranged.

The scope, quantities, material specification, condition of existing elements, access restrictions, working hours, required specialist input, and testing requirements can all affect the proposal. The quotation should identify relevant assumptions and exclusions.

The programme depends on the defined scope, site readiness, approvals, material availability, and work sequencing. A proposed duration can be discussed once these factors are understood; a general website enquiry does not confirm a completion date.

This may be possible depending on the work and the site. Access, separation of work areas, noise, service shutdowns, and the needs of occupants must be reviewed before the method and schedule are agreed.

Responsibilities for design, submissions, approvals, and specialist inspections depend on the project and must be expressly included or allocated in the agreed scope. An enquiry or service description does not guarantee approval by any authority.

Proposed changes should be reviewed for their technical, cost, and programme effects. Any variation is handled through the approval process in the relevant agreement before the additional or changed work proceeds, except where that agreement provides otherwise.

Concrete repair and waterproofing are part of our construction service structure. The repair method is selected after the defect, affected substrate, and site conditions are assessed. Structural repairs may require investigation and engineering input before an appropriate scope can be confirmed.

Yes, an agreed renovation scope may include coordinated MEP alterations as well as finishes. Existing system capacity, drawings, access, and relevant approvals must be reviewed before the work is defined.

Planned preventive maintenance is scheduled inspection and servicing intended to identify deterioration and support equipment operation. The activities and frequency depend on the covered assets, manufacturer guidance, site conditions, and applicable requirements. It does not eliminate every possible fault.

Corrective maintenance addresses a reported or identified defect. It may involve diagnosis, repair, adjustment, or replacement. Work that falls outside an existing maintenance agreement is quoted or authorised separately as required by that agreement.

You can request a proposal for a defined property or asset scope. The agreement should specify covered systems, planned visits, reporting, attendance arrangements, exclusions, and the treatment of parts and replacement work.

This depends on the proposal. Parts, consumables, major replacements, and specialist subcontracted work may be included, excluded, or subject to separate approval. Review the inclusions and exclusions before accepting the agreement.

Attendance hours and response arrangements are confirmed in the applicable agreement. The website enquiry form is not an emergency channel and does not establish round-the-clock coverage. For immediate danger, follow the building's emergency procedures and contact the appropriate emergency service.

Installation work concerns new or modified systems and their agreed testing and handover. Maintenance concerns existing systems and the inspection, testing, servicing, and fault correction defined for them. The systems covered and responsibilities must be stated in each agreement.

System type, manufacturer, site conditions, technical competence, access to appropriate equipment, and required authorisations must be reviewed first. Compatibility or manufacturer authorisation should not be assumed from a general service listing.

Routine maintenance records and authority certificates are different documents. Any formal certification, authority inspection, or approval must be specifically identified and arranged through the appropriate authorised process.

The appropriate schedule depends on the system, manufacturer instructions, site risk, applicable requirements, and approved maintenance arrangements. A single interval cannot be applied to every asset. The service schedule should be confirmed for the systems covered.

The agreed scope determines the handover information. It may include service reports, inspection findings, applicable test records, product information, drawings, warranty information, and a list of outstanding items.

Warranty and defect-related obligations depend on the written agreement, supplied products, and applicable law. Ask for the relevant terms, duration, scope, and exclusions before accepting the proposal.

Payment stages, invoicing, deposits where applicable, and any taxes are set out in the quotation or service agreement. There is no single payment arrangement for all project and maintenance enquiries.
