Website use and service enquiries

These Terms explain the conditions for using this website and submitting enquiries to EXA TECK. Read them before using the website. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Specific contracting, installation, repair, or maintenance services are governed by the written agreement applicable to that work.

This website provides general information about our business and service areas. Its content is intended to help you understand possible project and maintenance requirements and contact us for a scope-specific discussion.

Descriptions, articles, FAQs, and illustrations are not a site assessment, engineering design, approval, quotation, or instruction to carry out technical work. Do not rely on general website content to alter building structures, electrical installations, or fire and life safety systems.

Any service enquiry is subject to review of the site, technical requirements, location, resources, applicable permissions, and the work we can agree to provide. The presence of a service description does not confirm that the service is available for every property, system, location, or proposed use.

Any required specialist design, authority approval, third-party inspection, or certification must be addressed through the relevant project arrangements. Website content does not guarantee an approval or regulatory outcome.

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and have permission to share any drawings, photographs, or other files you submit. If important information changes, please tell us.

An enquiry submission, automated acknowledgement, or request for a site visit does not by itself constitute acceptance of work or confirmation of an appointment. Quotations state their own scope, assumptions, exclusions, validity period, and acceptance requirements. A binding service arrangement arises only when the relevant offer is accepted through the method specified in that offer or another valid written agreement.

The applicable written agreement sets out the responsibilities of the parties, deliverables, programme, payment terms, variation process, completion requirements, warranties, and other project-specific terms.

For the relevant work, that agreement takes precedence over general website descriptions if they conflict, subject to applicable law.

Website enquiries do not create a guaranteed completion date, attendance time, emergency response obligation, or maintenance coverage. Those arrangements must be expressly agreed for the relevant service.

You may browse the website and use its enquiry functions for lawful business or personal purposes connected with the services described.

You must not misuse forms, submit harmful files, impersonate another person, send unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other materials belong to EXA TECK or their respective owners, unless stated otherwise. You may view the material and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or alteration requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish a partnership, endorsement, accreditation, or authorised service relationship.

Only send materials you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your submitted materials. By sending them, you permit us to use them as reasonably needed to review and respond to your enquiry or application, subject to applicable law and the relevant privacy information.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal or security information through general website forms. If your enquiry involves confidential project documents, contact us to agree an appropriate sharing method before sending them.

Personal information and website technologies are addressed in our Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie notice. Read those notices for details of collection, use, retention, disclosures, and your available choices. These Terms do not replace those notices or constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing or optional cookies.

The website may link to third-party resources for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. Review the terms and notices of any third-party website before using it or sharing information there.

We may update website content and functionality. While we seek to keep information useful and accurate, errors, omissions, and interruptions may occur. Please contact us to confirm information that is material to a project, purchase decision, or application.

We do not promise uninterrupted website access or that every item of general information will remain current. Agreed service obligations are determined by the relevant service agreement.

Each party’s responsibility for loss arising from website use is determined by applicable law and any relevant agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

Career information and expressions of interest do not constitute an employment offer. Available positions, selection requirements, and employment terms are confirmed separately through the recruitment process and formal employment documents.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively to website use from that date, subject to applicable law. Updating website Terms does not by itself amend an existing project, maintenance, or employment agreement.

These website Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any court proceedings relating to them must be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Project-specific dispute arrangements are addressed in the relevant written agreement, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
