Your questions

Maintenance FAQs: from enquiry to agreed scope.

We cover four divisions: General Construction, Fire and Life Safety, Building Maintenance, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance. Each division has dedicated service pages showing the relevant work packages.

Use the contact form and include the property location, building use, service required and preferred timing. Available drawings, photographs and a short brief help us understand the requirement.

This depends on the work and the information available. We discuss whether a site visit or further technical details are needed before the scope and proposal can be assessed.

Occupation, operating hours, access routes and protection of existing areas are considered when defining the work. Any restrictions or phased working requirements should be shared at the enquiry stage.

Coverage is defined by the agreed asset list, visit schedule, inspection tasks and reporting requirements. Replacement parts, specialist work and attendance arrangements are specified in the proposal.

Yes. Fire and Life Safety covers installation and project work. Fire Protection Systems Maintenance covers inspection, testing, servicing and agreed corrective work for installed systems.

They depend on the agreed scope, site conditions, materials, technical requirements and access arrangements. The proposal identifies the relevant assumptions, programme and commercial terms.

No. An enquiry starts a review of your requirements. Appointments, quotations and authorisation to begin work are agreed separately.
